How can I make an enquiry?

You can submit an online enquiry for the products that you are interested in. Alternatively, you can drop us an email at design@ander.com.sg. We would be able to assist better if you can include information on

1. Product models that you are interested in
2. Quantity required
3. Requirement date
4. Estimated budget range so we can propose additional appropriate alternatives
5. Any other special requirements (eg. colour printing, number of logos)

We would reply to your enquiries within 3 business days.

 

 

How can I place an order?

 First, you can obtain a quotation by submitting an online enquiry.

Please email / fax the signed and stamped quotation to us along with the high resolution images of logos and the text that you’d require to be included in the product.

For optimum quality, logo files should ideally by in vector format (AI, EPS, CDR format). Alternatively, you can also send us high resolution TIF, JPG or PSD files. Please note that the quality of the output print is highly dependent on your original file.

Please also advise if you require specific corporate colours (Pantone codes) to be reproduced for the logo. You can always check with your corporate communications department if in doubt.

We would prepare the digital artwork proof for your review and approval before commencing production.

 

 

How long will it take to complete my order?

 In general, we are able to complete your order in 7-14 working days. For large volume orders, the timeframe would be in the range of 3 - 8 weeks. Customized designs are project dependent and may require a longer production period. Kindly inform our staff if you have a specific requirement date so that we can assist to keep track of your project schedule.

 

 

How much does it cost for engraving / printing?

All quoted prices are inclusive of the specified finishing. The finishing (laser engraving, sandblasting etc.) is clearly indicated on the quotation. Please let our staff know if you have additional requirements, like colour, so that we can advise on the relevant costs involved.

 

 

Can you help me with the text message to be printed?

We can assist you in crafting the message. You can refer to some suggestions here that we have regarding text.

 


Can I customize the design of my order?

Yes you can. Please send us the details such as

1. Sample images
2. Quantity required
3. Project timeframe
4. Budget

Our experienced designers will then discuss with you on how to translate your design ideas into reality. Customized awards can be achieved using materials like acrylic, crystal or metal.

Please note that customized products have a high startup cost and are generally economically feasible only in larger order quantities. It’ll still be more economical to consider our stock designs if you only require a few pieces.

 

 

Can you send me an artwork proof?

Of course! In fact, we require all our customers to approve of the digital artwork before we commence production. We can then incorporate your feedback before the start of production.

 

 

Do you have a showroom that I can view the products?

We welcome you to visit our showroom to view the products.

 

 

Can you come down to our office to show us some samples?

We currently do not make office visits as our clients have feedback that they find it more effective to visit our showroom because the available product range is very wide. As there are more samples available for comparison at our showroom, we can also better assist you to select a suitable product.

 

 

Do you have a catalog?

We do not have a physical catalog as the product range is constantly being updated. Our website would have the most updated range. Do contact our staff for a more in-depth discussion for custom products.
